Most calls remote and onsite are managed within only 2 hours. We have engineers setting onsite for various customers throughout Dubai. You may choose to have engineers as many days a week that you like. Our onsite engineers will give you the best IT experience available. Some customers choose to take an onsite engineer for one or two days. All none emergency calls are held for the days our engineers are onsite.
